My wife and I met Shane Lanigan when we called to see one of the houses he was showing in Westboro. The house wasn't for us but Shane asked us many questions about what we were looking for. Soon after Shane had sent us several promising properties for us to see. It was refreshing getting listings that we were excited to see. It wasn't long before he was able to find our dream home and secure the sale for us hassle free. All my friends told me buying a house would be a pain but having Shane as our agent made it very easy. He found us a lawyer, home inspector, and helped us with all of the paper work. He was very organized and professional and most importantly looked out for our best interests. His negotiation skills allowed us a quick and easy sale without too much back and forth with the seller. We had purchased our first home before anyone else had the opportunity to see it. He really eliminated any stress involved with our home purchase and for that we are grateful.

Geoff is really the best! He made buying our first house in Canada completely painless ! Buying and finding a house at the top of the market is not an easy task. I was originally searching online by myself and had already visited maybe 5 other rental homes before meeting Dianne, and right away I knew that I was missing a person like Dianne to help me through each step of the way. What impressed us the most was her prior knowledge and even came prepared with a paper stating the size of the rooms/address/etc. This was very helpful in our decision with our rental because we were able to refer back to the home many times when needed. The process of the application was simple and easy as she was able to quickly explain what to do and even notified us right away if we had left something out. She works very quickly and is the reason why we were able to secure our lovely rental home, all thanks to her. I will 100% be recommending Dianna to everyone I know! As for the future I already know who will be helping me in finding my first home next year, as I can’t imagine anyone else being as helpful as her. My whole family was super impressed so thank you again!

Once again, after 2 years of purchasing, we need to move and it is time to sell. And we decided to have Shane to be our agent again since he did an unparalleled work previously when we purchased the place. We met and discussed on numerous occasions about strategy, timing, and pricing. He gave great advices on how we should move forward. With his recommendations, the home we purchased 2 years ago was sold more than what we had hoped for. Of course, part of the reason was due to the market, but market alone cannot achieve that. Shane played a pivotal role when it comes to communicating with buyers and us while providing us with sounding recommendations. Without him, we would not be able to achieve such a result. it is worthy to mention that he has gained our trust and confidence twice within two years, not just his clients, but house inspectors, contractors all speaks greatly about him. that tells you something! Once again, he is responsive, honest, cares, and works for the benefit of his clients.
